Plate Front Raise Hold
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold a weight plate with both hands at the sides of the plate.
- 2 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and maintain a neutral spine with a slight bend in your elbows.
- 3 - Raise the plate in front of your body until your arms are at approximately shoulder height.
- 4 - Hold the plate steady at shoulder height without leaning back, shrugging excessively, or letting the plate drop.
- 5 - Keep your shoulders controlled and your core engaged for the prescribed duration.
- 6 - Lower the plate back to the starting position in a slow, controlled manner.
