Front Raise
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand in front of your thighs with your palms facing your body.
- 2 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and maintain a neutral spine.
- 3 - With a slight bend in your elbows, raise the weights forward in a controlled motion until your arms reach shoulder height.
- 4 - Pause briefly at the top without shrugging your shoulders or leaning backward.
- 5 - Lower the weights back to the starting position under control.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
