Kettlebell Seesaw Press
1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold a kettlebell in each hand in the front rack position.
2 - Brace your core, keep your ribs down, and position your elbows slightly forward with your wrists neutral.
3 - Press one kettlebell overhead until your arm is fully extended and your biceps are near your ear.
4 - As you lower the first kettlebell back toward the rack position, begin pressing the opposite kettlebell overhead.
5 - Continue alternating in a smooth seesaw motion, keeping your torso upright and avoiding excessive leaning or arching.
6 - Control each repetition and maintain stable shoulders throughout the movement.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions on each side.
