Dumbbell Arnold Press Standing
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height.
- 2 - Start with your palms facing toward you and your elbows bent in front of your torso, similar to the top position of a dumbbell curl.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your chest lifted, and avoid leaning back as you prepare to press.
- 4 - Press the dumbbells upward while rotating your wrists so your palms face forward by the time the weights pass head level.
- 5 - Continue pressing until your arms are fully extended overhead without locking your elbows aggressively.
- 6 - Lower the dumbbells in a controlled motion while rotating your palms back toward you, returning to the starting position.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a stable torso and controlled tempo.
