Band Front Raise
1 - Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart, placing the middle of the resistance band securely under both feet.
2 - Hold one end of the band in each hand with your arms straight down in front of your thighs and palms facing your body.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest tall, and maintain a slight bend in your elbows.
4 - Raise your arms forward in a controlled motion until your hands reach about shoulder height.
5 - Pause briefly at the top without shrugging your shoulders or leaning backward.
6 - Lower your arms back to the starting position slowly, maintaining tension in the band.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
