Cable Front Raise Single-Arm
- 1 - Set a cable pulley to the lowest position and attach a single handle.
- 2 - Stand facing away from the machine with the handle in one hand, arm extended down in front of your thigh, and feet about shoulder-width apart.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your chest tall, and maintain a slight bend in your elbow.
- 4 - Raise the handle forward and upward in a controlled motion until your arm reaches about shoulder height.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top without shrugging your shoulder or leaning back.
- 6 - Lower the handle slowly back to the starting position under control.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
