Cable Split Squat
1 - Attach a single handle to a low cable pulley and stand facing away from the machine with the handle held securely in one or both hands.
2 - Step one foot forward and the other foot back into a split stance, keeping your feet hip-width apart for balance.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest upright, and maintain tension on the cable throughout the movement.
4 - Lower your back knee toward the floor by bending both knees, keeping your front foot flat and your front knee tracking in line with your toes.
5 - Pause briefly at the bottom without resting your back knee on the floor.
6 - Drive through the heel and midfoot of your front leg to return to the starting position.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
