Safety Bar Split Squat
1 - Set the safety squat bar in a rack at upper-chest height and position the padded yoke comfortably across your upper back and shoulders.
2 - Step under the bar, hold the handles firmly, brace your core, and unrack the bar by standing tall.
3 - Step one foot forward and the other foot back into a split stance, keeping your feet about hip-width apart for balance.
4 - Lower your back knee toward the floor in a controlled motion while keeping your front foot flat and your torso upright.
5 - Descend until your front thigh is roughly parallel to the floor or as low as your mobility allows without losing control.
6 - Drive through the heel and midfoot of your front leg to return to the starting position.
7 - Complete the desired number of repetitions on one side, then switch legs and repeat.
