Machine Belt Squat
1 - Stand on the belt squat platform with your feet about shoulder-width apart and toes slightly turned out.
2 - Attach the belt securely around your hips and connect it to the machine’s loading mechanism or cable hook.
3 - Stand tall, brace your core, and hold the machine handles for balance if available.
4 - Unlock or release the machine, then bend your knees and hips to lower into a squat while keeping your chest up and spine neutral.
5 - Descend until your thighs are at least parallel to the platform or as low as your mobility allows without losing position.
6 - Drive through your midfoot and heels to stand back up, fully extending your hips and knees without locking out aggressively.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then safely re-rack or lock the machine before removing the belt.
