Cable Reverse Lunge
1 - Attach a handle to a low cable pulley and stand facing the machine with your feet hip-width apart.
2 - Hold the handle close to your chest or with both hands in front of your torso, keeping your shoulders down and core braced.
3 - Step one foot backward into a reverse lunge, lowering your rear knee toward the floor while keeping your front foot flat.
4 - Keep your chest upright and your front knee tracking in line with your toes without letting it collapse inward.
5 - Push through the heel and midfoot of your front leg to return to the starting position against the cable resistance.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
