Goblet Squat
1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell or kettlebell vertically against your chest with both hands.
2 - Brace your core, keep your chest tall, and point your elbows slightly downward.
3 - Initiate the movement by bending your knees and hips, sitting down between your legs while keeping your heels on the floor.
4 - Lower until your thighs are at least parallel to the ground, or as low as you can maintain good posture and control.
5 - Drive through your midfoot and heels to stand back up, keeping your knees tracking in line with your toes.
6 - Squeeze your glutes at the top and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
