Dumbbell Bulgarian Split-Squat
1 - Stand about two feet in front of a bench, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
2 - Place the top of your rear foot on the bench behind you, with your front foot firmly planted on the ground.
3 - Keep your torso upright and your core braced throughout the movement.
4 - Lower your body by bending your front knee, dropping your rear knee toward the floor in a controlled motion.
5 - Descend until your front thigh is approximately parallel to the floor, ensuring your front knee does not cave inward or travel excessively past your toes.
6 - Drive through your front heel to push yourself back up to the starting position.
7 - Complete all reps on one side before switching legs.
