Toe Walking
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides or slightly out for balance.
2 - Rise up onto the balls of your feet, lifting your heels as high as comfortable while keeping your ankles aligned.
3 - Keep your core engaged, chest upright, and knees mostly straight without locking them.
4 - Walk forward in small, controlled steps while staying elevated on your toes.
5 - Avoid letting your heels touch the ground during the set, and maintain smooth, steady movement.
6 - Continue for the desired distance or duration, then lower your heels slowly back to the floor.
7 - For safety, perform near a wall or stable support if balance is limited.
