Wobble Board Balance
1 - Place the wobble board on a flat, non-slip surface with enough space around you for safety.
2 - Step onto the center of the board with one foot, then carefully place the other foot on the board about hip-width apart.
3 - Stand tall with your chest up, core braced, knees slightly bent, and arms extended to the sides if needed for balance.
4 - Shift your weight subtly through your feet to keep the edges of the board from touching the floor.
5 - Maintain a steady, controlled position while breathing normally and keeping your gaze fixed on a point in front of you.
6 - Hold for the desired duration, then step off the board carefully one foot at a time.
7 - To progress, try narrowing your stance, closing your eyes, performing small squats, or balancing on one leg.
