1 - Stand upright with your feet together and arms resting at your sides.
2 - Engage your core and keep your chest up throughout the movement.
3 - In one explosive motion, jump your feet out to shoulder-width apart while simultaneously raising both arms overhead until your hands nearly meet at the top.
4 - Land softly on the balls of your feet with a slight bend in your knees to absorb the impact.
5 - Immediately jump your feet back together while lowering your arms back to your sides to return to the starting position.
6 - Maintain a steady, rhythmic pace and continue repeating for the desired duration or number of repetitions.
