Plate Loaded Push
- 1 - Load the sled or plate-loaded push device with the desired weight and position it on a suitable turf or flat pushing surface.
- 2 - Stand behind the handles with your feet about hip-width apart, then grip the handles firmly with both hands.
- 3 - Lean your torso forward at a strong angle while keeping your spine neutral, core braced, and arms extended or slightly bent.
- 4 - Drive through the balls of your feet and push the sled forward using powerful, short steps.
- 5 - Maintain steady pressure into the handles and avoid letting your hips rise too high or your lower back round.
- 6 - Continue pushing for the prescribed distance, time, or number of intervals.
- 7 - Slow down under control, stop safely, and reset before the next effort.
