Hill Sprint
1 - Choose a hill with a moderate incline and a clear, safe running surface.
2 - Warm up thoroughly with light jogging, dynamic mobility drills, and a few gradual accelerations.
3 - Start at the bottom of the hill in an athletic stance with your chest tall and core braced.
4 - Sprint uphill powerfully, driving your knees forward, pumping your arms, and staying on the balls of your feet.
5 - Maintain strong posture and avoid overstriding; keep your steps quick and controlled.
6 - Slow down safely at the top or after the planned distance, then walk back down the hill for recovery.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of sprint intervals while maintaining good technique.
