Curved Treadmill Sprint
1 - Step onto the curved treadmill and hold the side rails briefly as you position your feet near the center of the belt.
2 - Begin with a light jog to get the belt moving, keeping your posture tall and your eyes forward.
3 - Gradually move slightly forward on the curve to increase belt speed and accelerate into a sprint.
4 - Drive your knees up, pump your arms powerfully, and keep your foot strikes quick and underneath your hips.
5 - Maintain a strong core and avoid leaning excessively forward or holding the rails while sprinting.
6 - Sprint for the prescribed duration or distance, then slow down by shortening your stride and moving slightly back on the treadmill.
7 - Step off carefully only after the belt has fully slowed or stopped.
