Acceleration Sprint
- 1 - Start in a staggered athletic stance or sprint start position with one foot forward, hips low, and body leaning slightly forward.
- 2 - Keep your head neutral, core braced, and arms bent at about 90 degrees.
- 3 - Drive explosively off the front foot and push the ground backward with powerful, short steps.
- 4 - Pump your arms aggressively from cheek to hip while maintaining a forward body angle during the first few strides.
- 5 - Gradually increase stride length and rise to a more upright sprint posture as you accelerate.
- 6 - Sprint hard through the target distance, then decelerate gradually and walk back to recover before the next repetition.
