Air Bike Sprint
1 - Adjust the seat so that your knee is slightly bent at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
2 - Sit tall on the bike, grip the handles firmly, and place your feet securely on the pedals.
3 - Begin pedaling at an easy pace for a few seconds to build rhythm and prepare for the sprint.
4 - Drive hard through your legs while pushing and pulling the handles aggressively with your arms.
5 - Maintain a strong upright posture, brace your core, and keep your cadence as high as possible for the prescribed sprint duration.
6 - After the sprint interval, reduce your pace gradually and recover as programmed.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of sprint intervals.
