Battle Rope Reverse Lunge Waves
- 1 - Stand facing the battle rope anchor with one rope end in each hand, feet hip-width apart, and knees slightly bent.
- 2 - Brace your core, keep your chest tall, and begin making alternating waves by rapidly moving one arm up as the other arm moves down.
- 3 - While maintaining the rope waves, step one foot backward into a reverse lunge.
- 4 - Lower under control until both knees are bent, keeping the front knee aligned over the front foot and the back knee hovering above the ground.
- 5 - Drive through the front foot to return to standing while continuing the alternating rope waves.
- 6 - Repeat the movement on the opposite leg, maintaining steady rope rhythm and upright posture.
- 7 - Continue alternating reverse lunges for the desired time or number of repetitions.
