Box Drill
1 - Set up four markers in a square or box shape, spacing them evenly apart based on the desired difficulty.
2 - Start at one corner of the box in an athletic stance with your knees slightly bent, chest up, and core engaged.
3 - Sprint forward to the next marker, keeping your steps quick and controlled.
4 - Shuffle laterally to the next marker without crossing your feet.
5 - Backpedal to the third marker while maintaining balance and control.
6 - Shuffle laterally back to the starting marker, then repeat for the desired time, distance, or number of rounds.
7 - Stay low, keep your movements sharp, and maintain proper footwork throughout the drill.
