Partner Chase Drill
1 - Mark a clear running area with enough space to sprint safely, such as a field, track, or gym floor.
2 - Choose one partner to be the leader and the other to be the chaser, starting 2–5 meters behind depending on ability level.
3 - On the start signal, the leader accelerates forward and may change speed or direction within the marked area.
4 - The chaser reacts immediately and attempts to close the gap while maintaining control, balance, and proper sprint mechanics.
5 - Continue the chase for the prescribed time or distance, keeping movements sharp but safe.
6 - Stop, walk back to the start area, switch roles, and repeat for the desired number of rounds.
7 - Keep the chest up, drive the arms, stay on the balls of the feet, and avoid contact or unsafe cutting angles.
