Cone Weave Drill
- 1 - Set up a line of cones spaced evenly apart, typically 3 to 6 feet apart depending on the desired difficulty.
- 2 - Start at one end of the cone line in an athletic stance with knees slightly bent, chest up, and eyes forward.
- 3 - Accelerate toward the first cone and weave around it, changing direction quickly while staying low and balanced.
- 4 - Continue weaving in and out of each cone using short, controlled steps and quick footwork.
- 5 - Keep your hips and shoulders stable, drive your arms naturally, and avoid crossing your feet excessively.
- 6 - After passing the final cone, decelerate under control or sprint through the finish depending on the drill goal.
- 7 - Walk back to the start and repeat for the prescribed number of rounds or time.
