Skipping (Jump Rope)
1 - Stand upright with feet together, holding a jump rope handle in each hand with the rope behind you.
2 - Swing the rope overhead by rotating your wrists in a circular motion, keeping your elbows slightly bent and close to your sides.
3 - As the rope comes down toward your feet, jump off the ground with both feet simultaneously, just high enough (2-3 cm) to clear the rope.
4 - Land softly on the balls of your feet with a slight bend in your knees to absorb the impact.
5 - Maintain a steady rhythm, keeping your core engaged, back straight, and gaze forward throughout the exercise.
6 - Continue jumping at a consistent pace for the desired duration or number of repetitions.
7 - To finish, slow your pace gradually and allow the rope to come to a stop before releasing the handles.
