Kettlebell Suitcase Carry
- 1 - Place a kettlebell on the floor beside one foot and stand tall with your feet about hip-width apart.
- 2 - Hinge at the hips and bend your knees slightly to grip the kettlebell handle with one hand.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and stand up with the kettlebell at your side like carrying a suitcase.
- 4 - Keep your shoulders level, avoid leaning toward or away from the weight, and maintain a tall posture.
- 5 - Walk forward with controlled steps for the desired distance or time while keeping the kettlebell steady at your side.
- 6 - Set the kettlebell down with control, then repeat on the opposite side.
