Dumbbell Rack Carry
1 - Select two dumbbells and clean them to the front rack position with the heads of the dumbbells resting near your shoulders.
2 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, ribs down, core braced, and elbows slightly forward.
3 - Keep your wrists neutral and avoid letting the dumbbells pull your torso backward or to the sides.
4 - Begin walking with short, controlled steps while maintaining an upright posture and steady breathing.
5 - Keep your shoulders packed, core tight, and dumbbells stable throughout the carry.
6 - Continue for the desired distance or duration, then carefully lower the dumbbells to the ground with control.
