Axle Bar Clean
1 - Stand with your feet about hip-width apart and the axle bar over the middle of your feet.
2 - Hinge at the hips and bend your knees to grip the axle with both hands, keeping your back flat, chest up, and core braced.
3 - Drive through your feet to lift the axle from the floor, extending your knees and hips while keeping the bar close to your body.
4 - As the axle passes your knees, aggressively extend your hips and pull the bar upward, keeping your elbows high and close.
5 - Quickly rotate your elbows forward and bring the axle to the front rack position across your shoulders or upper chest.
6 - Stand tall with the axle secured, maintaining a tight core and stable posture.
7 - Lower the axle under control or drop it safely if using appropriate equipment and platform, then reset for the next repetition.
