Sandbag Front Carry
1 - Stand with the sandbag on the floor in front of you, feet about shoulder-width apart.
2 - Hinge at the hips and bend your knees to grip the sandbag securely with both arms.
3 - Lift the sandbag by driving through your legs, then bring it to the front of your torso in a bear-hug or front-loaded position.
4 - Brace your core, keep your chest tall, and pull the sandbag tight against your body.
5 - Walk forward with controlled, steady steps while maintaining an upright posture and avoiding excessive leaning or twisting.
6 - Continue for the prescribed distance or duration, then carefully lower the sandbag back to the floor with control.
