Yoke Carry
1 - Set the yoke crossbar at approximately upper-back/trap height and load both sides evenly with the desired weight.
2 - Step under the crossbar so it rests securely across your upper back, not on your neck, and grip the side posts firmly.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and stand tall to lift the yoke off the supports.
4 - Take short, controlled steps forward while maintaining a rigid torso and keeping the yoke as stable as possible.
5 - Keep your eyes forward, shoulders tight, and avoid excessive leaning, twisting, or bouncing.
6 - Continue for the prescribed distance or time, then slow down and lower the yoke back onto the supports under control.
