Slam Ball Shoulder Carry
- 1 - Stand with your feet hip-width apart and place the slam ball on the floor in front of you.
- 2 - Hinge at your hips and bend your knees to grip the ball securely with both hands, keeping your back flat and chest up.
- 3 - Drive through your legs to lift the ball, then guide it onto one shoulder so it rests securely against your upper chest and shoulder.
- 4 - Brace your core, keep your torso tall, and avoid leaning excessively to one side.
- 5 - Walk forward with controlled steps for the prescribed distance or time, maintaining steady breathing and posture.
- 6 - At the end of the carry, carefully lower the ball back to the floor by bending your knees and hinging at your hips.
- 7 - Repeat on the opposite shoulder if performing alternating sets or carries.
