Kettlebell Farmers Carry
1 - Place two kettlebells on the floor just outside your feet and stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
2 - Hinge at your hips and bend your knees slightly to grip one kettlebell in each hand with your palms facing inward.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and stand by driving through your legs while maintaining a neutral spine.
4 - Let the kettlebells hang at your sides with your shoulders pulled down and back, avoiding shrugging or leaning.
5 - Walk forward with short, controlled steps while keeping your torso upright and core tight.
6 - Continue for the prescribed distance or duration without allowing the kettlebells to swing excessively.
7 - Set the kettlebells down safely by hinging at the hips and bending your knees, keeping your back neutral.
