Dumbbell Farmers Carry
1 - Place two dumbbells on the floor, one on each side of your body.
2 - Stand between the dumbbells with your feet about hip-width apart, then hinge at the hips and knees to grip the handles firmly.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest tall, and stand up by driving through your legs while maintaining a neutral spine.
4 - Hold the dumbbells at your sides with straight arms, shoulders pulled slightly back and down, and avoid leaning or shrugging excessively.
5 - Walk forward with controlled, steady steps while keeping your torso upright and your core tight.
6 - Continue for the prescribed distance or duration, then carefully lower the dumbbells to the floor with control.
