Dumbbell Suitcase Carry
1 - Stand tall with a dumbbell placed beside one foot, then hinge at the hips and knees to grip the handle with one hand.
2 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and stand up fully while keeping the dumbbell at your side like a suitcase.
3 - Keep your shoulders level, ribs down, and avoid leaning toward or away from the weight.
4 - Walk forward with controlled, steady steps while maintaining an upright posture and tight core.
5 - Keep the dumbbell from swinging by gripping firmly and controlling your arm position at your side.
6 - Continue for the prescribed distance or time, then lower the dumbbell with control and repeat on the opposite side.
