Suitcase Carry
1 - Stand tall with a dumbbell or kettlebell in one hand at your side, feet hip-width apart.
2 - Engage your core and keep your shoulders level — resist the urge to lean toward the weighted side.
3 - Maintain a neutral spine and a proud chest throughout the movement.
4 - Begin walking forward with controlled, deliberate steps, keeping the weight close to your body.
5 - Avoid tilting your torso sideways or letting the hip on the weighted side drop.
6 - Walk for the designated distance or time, then pause, switch the weight to the opposite hand, and repeat.
7 - Focus on anti-lateral flexion by actively bracing your obliques on the non-weighted side throughout the carry.
