Battle Rope Jumping Jacks
- 1 - Stand facing the anchor point with one battle rope handle in each hand and your feet together.
- 2 - Keep your chest up, core braced, and arms slightly bent with the rope handles positioned near your hips.
- 3 - Jump both feet out to the sides as you raise your arms outward and upward, creating large waves in the ropes.
- 4 - Immediately jump your feet back together while bringing your arms back down to the starting position.
- 5 - Maintain a steady rhythm, landing softly on the balls of your feet and keeping tension through the ropes.
- 6 - Continue for the desired duration while keeping your posture upright and breathing controlled.
