Medicine Ball Slam
1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball with both hands in front of your body.
2 - Brace your core and lift the medicine ball overhead, extending through your hips, knees, and ankles.
3 - Keep your ribs down and avoid over-arching your lower back as the ball reaches overhead.
4 - Explosively slam the ball down to the floor in front of your feet by driving your arms downward and hinging slightly at the hips.
5 - Catch or pick up the ball after it rebounds or settles, then reset your posture.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions or time, maintaining powerful but controlled movement.
