Battle Rope Slams
1 - Stand facing the anchor point with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold one rope end in each hand.
2 - Bend your knees slightly, hinge at your hips, and brace your core while keeping your chest up and back neutral.
3 - Raise both arms overhead or to shoulder height, allowing the ropes to lift off the floor.
4 - Forcefully slam both ropes down toward the ground by driving your arms downward and engaging your core.
5 - Absorb the movement with a slight knee bend and maintain a stable athletic stance.
6 - Immediately lift the ropes again and repeat the slamming motion with power and control.
7 - Continue for the prescribed repetitions or time while keeping your breathing steady and posture strong.
