Battle Rope Double Waves
- 1 - Anchor the battle rope securely and stand facing the anchor point with one end of the rope in each hand.
- 2 - Place your feet about shoulder-width apart, bend your knees slightly, and hinge at the hips while keeping your chest up.
- 3 - Brace your core and keep your shoulders down and back with your arms extended in front of you.
- 4 - Raise both hands at the same time, then forcefully drive both hands downward to create a wave through both ropes.
- 5 - Continue moving both arms together in a fast, rhythmic up-and-down motion while maintaining a stable lower-body position.
- 6 - Keep your torso controlled and avoid excessive leaning or rounding through the back.
- 7 - Perform for the prescribed duration, maintaining consistent wave size and intensity.
