Battle Rope Inside Circles
- 1 - Stand facing the anchor point with feet about shoulder-width apart and one rope end in each hand.
- 2 - Bend your knees slightly, hinge at the hips, and brace your core while keeping your chest up and back neutral.
- 3 - Hold the rope handles with your palms facing inward and arms extended slightly in front of your body.
- 4 - Begin moving both hands in small inward circular motions, bringing the hands toward each other at the top of each circle and away at the bottom.
- 5 - Keep the circles continuous and rhythmic, using your shoulders and arms while minimizing excessive torso movement.
- 6 - Maintain steady breathing and a strong athletic stance throughout the set.
- 7 - Continue for the prescribed duration, then safely stop the ropes under control.
