Sledgehammer Slam
1 - Stand beside a tire or padded surface with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
2 - Grip the sledgehammer with one hand near the base of the handle and the other hand closer to the head for control.
3 - Raise the sledgehammer overhead in a controlled arc, rotating your hips and engaging your core as you lift.
4 - As you drive the hammer downward, slide your top hand down the handle toward your bottom hand to generate maximum power.
5 - Strike the tire or padded surface forcefully, exhaling on impact and engaging your core throughout the movement.
6 - Absorb the rebound by slightly bending your knees and immediately prepare for the next rep.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions or duration, alternating your leading hand each set for balanced development.
