Campus Board Laddering Up
- 1 - Stand beneath the campus board and reach up to grab a rung at about chest or shoulder height with both hands.
- 2 - Using your right hand, reach up to the next rung above and grip it firmly, keeping your core tight and body close to the board.
- 3 - Follow with your left hand, moving it up to the next rung above the right hand in a smooth, dynamic motion.
- 4 - Continue alternating hands in a ladder pattern, moving progressively upward rung by rung with controlled explosive pulls.
- 5 - Keep your arms slightly bent and your shoulders engaged throughout the movement to protect your joints and maximize power transfer.
- 6 - Avoid swinging or using excessive momentum; focus on precise, deliberate contact on each rung.
- 7 - Once you reach the top or your target rung, carefully reverse the movement to descend or drop down safely to the ground.
