
Campus Board Double Dynos
- 1 - Stand beneath the campus board and reach up to grip the lowest rungs with both hands, using an open-crimp or half-crimp grip.
- 2 - Engage your core and generate an explosive upward drive by pulling powerfully through both arms simultaneously.
- 3 - At the peak of your upward momentum, release both hands from the current rungs and dynamically launch both hands upward to catch the next set of higher rungs.
- 4 - Catch the higher rungs with both hands at the same time, absorbing the load through your fingers, forearms, and engaged upper body.
- 5 - Control the caught position briefly before either resetting to the start or continuing upward with another double dyno to progressively higher rungs.
- 6 - Lower yourself in a controlled manner back to the starting position to complete one repetition.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, ensuring full recovery between efforts to maintain explosive power and minimize injury risk.
