L-Sit Pull Up
- 1 - Grip a pull-up bar with an overhand grip about shoulder-width apart and hang with your arms fully extended.
- 2 - Engage your core and lift both legs straight out in front of you until they are parallel to the floor, forming an L-shape with your body.
- 3 - Keep your legs straight, toes pointed or flexed, and maintain tension through your core and hip flexors.
- 4 - Pull your chest toward the bar by driving your elbows down and back while keeping the L-sit position stable.
- 5 - Continue pulling until your chin clears the bar or your upper chest approaches the bar.
- 6 - Lower yourself under control back to a full hang while keeping your legs raised and your shoulders engaged.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions without swinging or dropping the L-sit position.
