Commando Pull-Up
1 - Stand under a pull-up bar and grip it with both hands close together, palms facing each other, so your body is aligned perpendicular to the bar.
2 - Hang with your arms fully extended, shoulders engaged, core braced, and legs slightly bent or crossed if needed.
3 - Pull your chest upward toward one side of the bar by driving your elbows down and back.
4 - Continue pulling until your chin rises above the bar or your upper chest approaches your hands.
5 - Lower yourself under control back to a full hang without swinging.
6 - Repeat the next repetition by pulling your head and chest toward the opposite side of the bar.
7 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
