Kettlebell Renegade Row
- 1 - Place two kettlebells on the floor about shoulder-width apart and assume a high plank position with one hand gripping each handle.
- 2 - Set your feet slightly wider than hip-width for stability, keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- 3 - Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your shoulders stacked over the kettlebells.
- 4 - Shift your weight slightly into one kettlebell while keeping your hips as square to the floor as possible.
- 5 - Row the opposite kettlebell toward your ribcage by driving your elbow up and back, keeping it close to your body.
- 6 - Lower the kettlebell back to the floor under control without letting your hips rotate or sag.
- 7 - Alternate sides for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a strong plank position.
