- Stand upright and hold one implement (such as a dumbbell, kettlebell, or loaded object) overhead with a fully extended arm, and a second implement of equal or different weight at your side in the opposite hand, hanging at arm's length.
- Brace your core tightly, keep your chest up, and maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
- Press the overhead arm firmly into the implement, locking out the elbow and keeping the shoulder packed and stable.
- Begin walking forward with controlled, deliberate steps, keeping your hips level and avoiding lateral sway or trunk lean.
- Keep the overhead implement directly above your shoulder and the loaded side arm straight and relaxed, without shrugging or hitching.
- Continue walking for the prescribed distance or duration, focusing on stability, posture, and smooth foot placement.
- To finish, carefully lower the overhead implement first, then set the other implement down in a controlled manner.
