Dumbbell Waiter Carry
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and hold a dumbbell in one hand.
2 - Press the dumbbell overhead until your arm is fully extended, with the weight stacked directly over your shoulder.
3 - Keep your wrist neutral, elbow locked out but not hyperextended, and shoulder packed down and stable.
4 - Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your ribs down to avoid arching your lower back.
5 - Walk forward in a controlled manner for the desired distance or time while keeping the dumbbell stable overhead.
6 - Switch arms and repeat for the same distance or duration on the opposite side.
