Plate Pinch Carry
- 1 - Select one or two weight plates of appropriate size and hold them together (smooth sides out) between your thumb and fingers of each hand.
- 2 - Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, core braced, and shoulders pulled back and down.
- 3 - Pinch the plates firmly between your thumb and fingers, ensuring a secure grip before beginning the carry.
- 4 - Begin walking forward at a controlled, steady pace, keeping your torso upright and avoiding any excessive leaning or swaying.
- 5 - Maintain a strong pinch grip throughout the entire carry, keeping your arms relaxed at your sides and wrists neutral.
- 6 - Continue walking for the prescribed distance or duration, focusing on grip endurance and postural control.
- 7 - At the end of the carry, carefully place the plates down in a controlled manner and reset before the next set.
