Kettlebell Waiter Carry
1 - Stand tall with a kettlebell in one hand and clean or press it overhead so your arm is fully extended.
2 - Keep your wrist stacked over your elbow and shoulder, with the kettlebell balanced directly above your shoulder.
3 - Brace your core, keep your ribs down, and avoid leaning or arching your lower back.
4 - Begin walking forward with controlled steps while maintaining the kettlebell in a stable overhead position.
5 - Keep your shoulders level and your gaze forward throughout the carry.
6 - Walk for the prescribed distance or time, then carefully lower the kettlebell back to the rack position and switch sides.
7 - Repeat on the opposite arm for balanced training.
